I'm John. I build these one at a time, by hand, in Wyckoff, New Jersey — three so far, for a five-year-old, a six-year-old and a seven-year-old.
Every game gets played on a real phone before it's handed over, and whatever the kid runs into gets fixed. A game that doesn't work on the day isn't a gift.
That's also why I don't sell a template with a name pasted in. The character, the world and the goal get built for one specific kid, and then the game gets tested until it works for them.
